Homestead RV park you will wish you were at Home instead. 10:40 am I get a knock on the door " Are you staying another day"? Fact is I could not get my Rig level on this Uphill sloped lot so mercifully the answer was no. I am a retired Service connected disabled Vet. Homestead claims to cater to Vets and yet at 10:55 as I step out my door I am asked by Kathy " Do you want a half a day"? Now anyone can see my slideouts are in my, Truck is hooked to my trailer and my Jacks formerly down are now up. Bill has already asked if I am to stay I have replied "no". Bill looks to his watch shakes his head and gives me a pained look as if my staying there in that spot a moment longer will require he eat Mighty Dog canned Dog Food, and States it is after 11:00a.m. I look around at his empty park and I wonder why the need for such disapproving and rude behavior from a man with no customers. So I reply again" No, I had some cleaning to do, my youngest had spilled some food into the carpet and I was trying to get it up before getting on the road." I understand that check out is eleven, but they have an empty park in fact the only ones there are the owners and the work campers, Might I add forget a view lot is seems to only be for them as the reserve this row for themselves and when they do give them up it is for the overnighters who do not stay long. Yet here I am being harrassed as I finish securing my trailer which it is a scant 10:57 at this point. Now I paid $126 to stay four night and I feel as if I am dealing with a cheap hooker and my $2.00 is up and they are going to let me know it. It just ruined my day it was so petty and cheap. The RV business is a people business, did they bother to ask kindly what might be going on? is it to much to ask to use the spot in a nearly empty park to even 11:15? I rolled out at 11:01 vowing to never come back and to make sure to let others know this is not a friendly park. If you have to stay there leave before 11:00 because to this park you are just a number. You get the sense that once they have your money you no longer are welcome.

Great site very clean warm and welcoming. So many amenities great place.

Great new park with pool awesome place to stay I was there for four weeks very friendly. Nicest place I have stayed at yet.
